100 % refund if we are cancelling for weather conditions or if the minimum of people (3) is not reached.

100 % refund on cancellations received 7 days or more before the tours starting time.

50 % refund on cancellations received 3-6 days before the tours starting time.

0 % refund on cancellations received within 48 hours of the tours starting time.

0 % refund if the customer misses the departure of a confirmed tour.

0 % refund in case customers do not fulfill requirements as described in the tour description (i.e. medical condition, physical fitness, certification level)
